• Defects associated with product misuse, improper handling, or overuse of product.

• Any other damage not caused as a result of faulty workmanship by Spectrum Products, Inc.

• Any property damage and/or bodily injury associated with improper use or handling of product.

• Any defect in parts, materials and/or workmanship that occurs more than 2 (two) years
from the date of purchase.

How to Return Defective Product:

Option 1:
• Return defective item(s) to store/catalog originally purchased from for replacement or product or refund
of payment. Proof of purchase may be required. Contact dealer for more details on return policies.

Option 2:
• Return defective item(s) to Spectrum Products, Inc. Contact us to request a Return Authorization.
> Arrangements may be made to have UPS pick up the defective item(s) to be returned for inspection.
> If, after inspection, item(s) is found to be defective, replacement product(s) will be sent to the return
address specified on defective product shipment. No refunds will be issued by Spectrum Products

Handling Precautions

NOTE: Failure to follow proper handling precations may void product warranty: • Do not hang and/or suspend bag from straps. • Before use, remove all sharp objects from area to be irrigated. • Use clean water only. If necessary, filter through cotton cloth on hose end. • Do not unzip bag when full. • Do not tear or rip fill opening. • Treegator® is not a toy - Keep away from children. • If using water soluble fertilizers, pre-mix in a separate container before adding mixture to bag. • Product is designed for use on mulch. Using product directly on soil can clog drip holes. Return To Top
